1、 Safety inspection of glass washer project

A. Frequently check whether the motor leads are firm, reliable and intact.

B. The insulation resistance between the lead wire and the casing shall be greater than 20 megohm by using a 500V megohmmeter.

2、 Cable

A. The cable length of glass washer is generally not more than 10 meters.

B. The cable from the leakage circuit breaker to the cleaning machine must be connected with a single cable.

C. The motor of the glass washer shall be reliably grounded through the cable (there is a grounding mark in the motor junction box).

D. The equipment must be placed in a dry place without rain intrusion to prevent electric leakage and take safety measures. Wear insulating gloves and shoes (provided by the user) during operation.

3、 Power supply and control appliance

A. Confirm whether the power supply meets the requirements of the nameplate.

B. The power input end of the hot water high-pressure washer must be equipped with control appliances, such as leakage circuit breaker, overload, short-circuit single-phase motor protector, etc. (provided by the user). Its specification shall meet the requirements of motor nameplate.

C. Note: After the leakage protector is installed or operated for a certain period of time (generally every month), it is necessary to press the test button in the closed and energized state to check whether the leakage protection performance is normal and reliable. (Each time the test button is pressed, the protector should act once) If it is abnormal, it should be removed and sent to the manufacturer for repair.
